XOQP / Broadcast · Networks · Live Systems
Broadcast engineering, network design and live production systems for demanding events.
XOQP designs, deploys and supports the technical backbone behind live production — from OB engineering and production networks to resilient contribution, studio systems, cloud workflows and LiveFabric.
Reference architecture
Field · Venue · Cloud · Control
The same engineering thinking applies across the whole chain — from cameras and field contribution to venue networks, cloud workflows, monitoring and distributed control rooms.

What we do
Three disciplines, one engineering practice
We operate where broadcast systems, production networks and software control meet. Most live projects need all three to work together.
01
Broadcast Engineering
OB, flyaway and studio engineering for live productions — signal flow, routing, monitoring, records, streaming and on-site technical support.
02
Network Engineering
Production networks for live environments — Dante, NDI, VLANs, multicast, managed switching, resilient WAN, monitoring and documentation.
03
Platforms & Systems
Custom platforms, dashboards and cloud workflows — including LiveFabric, our field-to-cloud control layer for live production.

Field-to-cloud visibility for live production.
LiveFabric is XOQP’s field-to-cloud control layer for distributed live production. Phones, encoders, modems, vehicles and remote kits report path health, GNSS, power and transport state into one operational view — with dashboards and APIs built for production teams.
- Android field node — phone-based GNSS, status and connectivity uplink
- Bonded transport visibility — 5G, Starlink, wired and venue networks
- Open ingest — UDP, WebSocket, MQTT and production APIs
- Operational dashboards — path health, power, location and stream confidence

Industries and use cases
We work with production companies, broadcasters, venues, agencies and event teams — from single-show engineering support to production network design, studio upgrades and field connectivity planning.
Live Sport
Live sport, federation feeds, remote production, on-venue engineering, telemetry and resilient contribution.
Entertainment
Touring, festivals, fashion, launches and special events with resilient streaming, production networks and on-site support.
Studios & Corporate
Studio updates, content spaces, corporate broadcasts, hybrid events and repeat-use production environments.
Marine & Field Production
On-water connectivity, field contribution, race control workflows, remote cameras and broadcast consultancy.
Selected work
Recent technical work
Real deployments for production partners — covering production networks, studio support, field connectivity and broadcast consultancy.
Studio Support
PwC studio update and support
XOQP provided studio update and technical support for a PwC production environment, improving reliability, supportability and day-to-day production readiness.
Work covered production network review, streaming support, technical troubleshooting and operational handover.
Field Connectivity
IHRA on-water connectivity consultancy
XOQP supported IHRA broadcast consultancy and on-water connectivity planning — shaping resilient contribution workflows for marine-based live coverage.
Focus areas included field connectivity, remote cameras, telemetry thinking, race control workflows and practical broadcast delivery.
Production Networks
Chess.com network infrastructure
XOQP supported the production network infrastructure behind a Chess.com live production — connecting systems, control, monitoring and remote workflows in a show-critical environment.
Scope included managed switching, VLAN structure, production network support and live troubleshooting.
Production Networks
Pokémon EUIC multi-gallery network
XOQP supported the network infrastructure for Pokémon EUIC, helping deliver a structured multi-gallery production environment across video, audio, control, LED and transmission workflows.
The deployment included VLAN-separated operational areas, Dante/NDI-capable workflows, WAN/TX support and on-site engineering.
Why XOQP
Engineers who own the outcome, not just the deliverable.
We are a small senior team. The people who design the system are the people who commission it, support it and answer the phone when the show is live.
Vendor-neutral
We pick the right kit for the job — not the kit we have a margin on.
Documented
Signal paths, network changes, credentials, diagrams and handover notes that operators can actually use.
On the tools
Senior engineers on site, not account managers. We commission what we design.
Built for live
Designs are dimensioned for the worst hour of the worst show, not the brochure.
